Steps to Cook Durian Mille Crepe Cake
Beat three eggs, mix well
Add powdered sugar
Add milk and melted butter. Mix together
After filtering, mix well
When it’s cooled, it’s ready to be pan-fried
A large spoonful is enough, pour from the center, then swirl in one direction
Do not flip until bubbles form
Once all bubbly, remove from heat
Cool down
Whip fresh cream and crush the durian. Do not mix them together in the end
It’s best to have at least two layers of crepes, then spread butter and durian, repeat. Finally, it’s ready to serve
