Durian Sauce Grilled Pork Belly Detailed Steps
Remove the skin from the pork belly and slice it, not too thin.
Add durian sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger slices, and minced garlic to the pork slices.
Marinate for 2 hours.
Place the marinated pork on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and grill at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Flip the pork over and grill at 230 degrees Celsius for another 15 minutes. Serve with lettuce for a refreshing taste!
