Steps for making Easy Air Fryer French Fries
Choose 2 fresh potatoes (approximately 500-600g is suitable), or you can use frozen French fries from the supermarket. However, making your own fries is more fun!
Peel the potatoes and cut them into narrow strips of about 15mm, then soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
Remove the fries from the water and drain them, preferably using kitchen paper to remove excess water.
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a little salt to make a bowl of mixture.
Now it’s time to preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Evenly spread the olive oil and salt mixture over the fries.
Place the fries in the fryer basket and put the basket into the air fryer. Cook at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, flipping the fries several times during cooking.
When the time is up, the delicious fries are ready to be served!
