Steps for Making Easy-to-Make Snack – Oatmeal Cookies
Mix butter and powdered sugar together and beat in one direction until the color turns white, the volume expands significantly, and the egg is added to the beaten butter and mixed evenly in the same direction.
Mix flour, baking soda, and milk powder together, sift, and mix into the butter mixture.
Add oatmeal when the flour becomes flaky, and gently knead into a cylindrical shape.
Knead the dough into a long strip and divide it into about 30 small pieces.
Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, put it on a baking sheet, and flatten it with your fingers (similar to making margarita cookies).
Put it in a preheated oven, 180 degrees Celsius on top and 150 degrees Celsius on the bottom, for about 15 minutes until the surface of the cookies is browned.
