Prepare all the ingredients.
Dice all the ingredients.
Put all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Finally, add milk or water.
Mix to form a sticky dough.
Add spinach, pumpkin, and 2/3 of the sausage.
Mix well to form a ball.
Grease the mold or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Place the dough in the mold and sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the sausage on top.
Let it rise until it doubles in size at room temperature of about 28 degrees Celsius, then preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
Finally, add cherry tomatoes and cheese, and bake on the lower rack of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Cover with parchment paper for the last 5 minutes to prevent over-browning.
