Prepare the ingredients.
Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and mix well, then add egg liquid in two portions and mix well.
Sift in the cake flour and mix well to form a dough.
Place the dough between two sheets of oil paper and flatten it, then roll it into a thin sheet with a thickness of 0.4cm and refrigerate for half an hour.
Cut off the four sides and then cut into thin strips.
Preheat the oven to 155 degrees and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
