Steps to Cook Egg Baked Avocado
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Crack an egg into each avocado half. Consider the size of the avocado pit when choosing the eggs. The egg yolk should fit without overflowing.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Be careful as the avocado may not sit flat, causing the egg yolk mixture to overflow. Maintain a good balance.
Place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. If you prefer the yolk to be runny, you can reduce the time slightly. Adjust based on your oven.
