Crack two eggs into a bowl, I used a large bowl here.
Add flour, salt, and sugar (you can use scallions instead of sugar) into the bowl.
Stir until it becomes a batter, then add water.
Stir until it’s well mixed.
Put it in a frying pan.
Use low heat and add a little bit of oil.
Pour a little bit of batter into the pan, beginners can use a spoon to spread it out, while experienced cooks can just rotate the pan clockwise.
When one side is almost done, flip it over.
