Detailed Steps for Making Egg Tart Filling (No Whipped Cream Version)
Take out the tart shells and preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius.
Heat the milk, and since I am using fresh milk, I boiled it and added sugar, stirring until it dissolved.
Cool the mixture to 40 degrees Celsius, which is close to body temperature, and add the egg, stirring until well combined.
Sift the mixture three times.
Pour the mixture into the tart shells, filling them 8-9 tenths full. By this time, the oven should be preheated. Place the tarts in the middle of the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius. Then, place them on the upper rack for one minute to brown the tops.
Take the tarts out of the oven.
Don’t they look tender and delicious? They are not greasy and are perfect for me!
