Prepare the ingredients
Put the egg, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and salt into a large bowl
Beat with an electric mixer

Mix the cake flour and baking soda, sift into the egg mixture
Mix with a manual egg beater
Until it becomes a uniform batter
Put the batter into a pastry bag with a round nozzle
Squeeze out small circles of about 1.5cm on a baking sheet
