Ingredients.
Crush the salted egg yolk. (If making salted egg yolk vegetables, the egg yolk needs to be crushed finely, so the vegetables can be coarser.)
Cut the tofu into pieces, put it in a colander, boil a pot of hot water, and pour it over the tofu several times to blanch it.
Divide the tofu into a deep dish after blanching.
Take a small bowl, squeeze 20g of tomato sauce, 10g of soy sauce, 5g of sugar, and 3g of salt into it, add water and mix well, and add a little starch. Cut the scallions and garlic into small pieces and set aside.
