English-French Style Apple Pie Cooking Steps
Soften the butter at room temperature.
Beat the butter, sugar, and salt together until fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Peel and dice one apple.
Add the milk, diced apple, flour, and baking powder, and mix well.
Put the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze it into a circular baking pan.
Squeeze an even layer on top of the mixture.
Slice the other apple.
Evenly place the apple slices on top of the cake batter.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder evenly on top of the apple slices through a small sieve.
Put it in a preheated 170℃ oven for 30 minutes.
Take it out of the oven after 30 minutes of baking.
