Steps to Make Fagao
Heat up and add the food coloring. Prepare water, sugar, low-gluten flour, baking powder, and food coloring. Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder.
Combine water and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.
Add the food coloring and mix well.
Add the sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder.
Stir until smooth without lumps.
Pour into a container.
Steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
