One ten-inch chiffon cake base
Divide into three layers
Cut the dragon fruit into cubes, wash and dry the raisins.
Leave 180g of cream. Beat the remaining 570g of cream with 57g of sugar until fluffy with a mixer on low speed.
Place a cake layer on a cake board, spread a layer of cream evenly.
Top with fruit cubes and raisins.
Add another cake layer and repeat the previous steps! Repeat for all three cake layers.
Finish with a base layer of cream.
Pour the remaining cream and sugar into a bowl, add a drop of blue food coloring and beat until fluffy.
Use a 1m piping tip to pipe a ring of roses, slightly overlapping each rose.
Decorate the base.
Add chocolate pieces, dragon fruit, the fairy figurine, and write “Happy Birthday”!
Sprinkle with sugar beads for a beautiful finish!
