Family-style Grilled Skewers Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients, wash and roll them up. Since my pan is small, I use small skewers, but you can adjust based on your preference.
I rinsed the stick fish with water beforehand and then cut them in half to skewer.
Clean the chicken hearts and remove excess oil. Marinate with salt, white wine, barbecue seasoning, etc. for twenty minutes to half an hour, then pan-fry over low heat.
Since I forgot to buy skewer sauce, I made my own by mixing garlic chili sauce, sweet bean sauce, sugar, and a little white vinegar.
