Pork Bones: 800g.

White Radish: 2 pieces; Spring Onions: 2 segments; Ginger: as needed; Garlic: 3 cloves.
Seasonings:
Peppercorns: a small handful; Shaoxing Wine: 1 tbsp; Sugar: as needed; Salt: 1/2 tsp.

Detailed Steps for Cooking Family Version Pork Bone Broth
Blanch and wash the pork bones. Make sure to boil them in the pot for at least five minutes to remove blood and impurities.
Prepare the white radish, spring onions, ginger, and garlic.
Place the pork bones in a soup pot, add water until just covering the bones.
Add the seasonings from image 2.
Add the peppercorns.
Add white sugar. (Note: only half a spoon of white sugar in the porcelain spoon)
Add salt.
Add wine. I used Shaoxing wine as it was the only one available at home.
Once all the ingredients are added, bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.
Once done, strain the broth, let it cool, and it can be frozen for up to six months.
