Weigh the ingredients! Separate egg whites and yolks, start by making chiffon cake.

No more talking, egg whites and granulated sugar in a bowl, beat until stiff peaks form.

Egg yolks, milk, salad oil, powdered sugar, low-gluten flour in a bowl, mix well, be careful not to overmix ~ then add the previous egg white meringue, fold gently until well combined.

Pour into a baking pan ~ smooth the top, you can grease the baking pan in advance.

Place in the middle of the oven, bake at 130 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes ~ it should spring back when touched, be careful not to burn yourself ~ you can also insert a toothpick, it should come out clean.

For the other set of ingredients, melt butter, mix with granulated sugar, cream cheese, and milk over a double boiler, add gelatin sheets, let it cool slightly, then add an egg yolk, fold in the whipping cream, coffee liqueur mixture. Line the mold with plastic wrap, layer cake and ingredient mixture alternately ~ you can brush coffee on the cake for added flavor ~ then refrigerate in the fridge for an hour.
