Cooked beef cut into small cubes.
Beat the eggs.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add beef cubes and enoki mushrooms.
Thicken with water starch.
Pour in the beaten eggs.
Season with salt, chicken bouillon, rice vinegar, ground pepper, sesame oil, then turn off the heat. Add cilantro.
Stir well and serve in a bowl.
