Prepare the ingredients~
Melt butter, add powdered sugar and mix well, add salt, add beaten eggs, sift in cake flour, mix well into a dough.
Place the mixed dough in the refrigerator to chill; cook butter and sugar on low heat, add apples, simmer until thickened.
Cut fruits into small pieces and set aside.
Take out the dough, divide into two parts, use one part for the base and the other part for the top crust. Press the dough into a mold with your hands.
Cut the other part of the dough into long strips and arrange on the surface.
