Detailed Steps for Cooking Fermented Tofu Chicken Wings
Cut the chicken wings into pieces, slice the chili peppers, cut the scallions into sections, mix all seasonings (except cooking wine) in a small bowl to make a sauce
Boil water
Once the water is boiling, add the chicken wings, blanch them, then remove and set aside
Heat a pan, add a little oil, stir-fry the chili peppers briefly
