Detailed Steps for Making Fifteen-Minute Dough – Easy and Quick Steamed Buns
Mix flour, yeast, baking powder, and sugar together. Add 37°C warm water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it ferment. After 5 minutes, knead it again and continue fermenting.
Cut the green beans, shiitake mushrooms, and pork belly into small pieces. Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan until it releases oil, then add the green beans and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
Add Doubanjiang and stir-fry until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Divide the fermented dough into equal portions and roll them into round wrappers with a thicker middle and thinner edges.
Fill the wrappers with the prepared filling. Mine doesn’t look good because it’s my first time making them.
Steam for 15 minutes and then remove from heat.
