Cut the pork ribs into small pieces and blanch them with ginger slices.
Soak the figs and almonds in cold water for a while and wash them. Cut the snow pear into four pieces and remove the seeds. Set aside the blanched pork ribs.
Put all the ingredients into the stew pot and pour in water until it is 90% full.
Cover the pot and stew for one hour in a water bath. As the lid of the stew pot is too high, it is covered with plastic wrap. I used an electric pressure cooker and laid a towel in the pot to prevent the stew pot from scratching the non-stick coating.
Add a little salt to taste.
I forgot to cut open the figs, which would have made them more flavorful.
