Finger Biscuits

 

Main Ingredients:
Egg Yolk: 1.5; Egg White: 1; Low-gluten Flour: 35g; Granulated Sugar: 25g.

Steps for Making Finger Biscuits

Prepare the ingredients

Pour 15g of granulated sugar and egg white into a bowl

Whisk until stiff peaks form

Pour 10g of granulated sugar and egg yolk into another large bowl

Whisk until thick and white

Scoop half of the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture, and sift in half of the flour, mix well

Add the remaining egg white mixture and flour, mix well

Transfer the mixture to a round mouth piping bag

Pipe out long strips onto a baking tray

Bake in a preheated 190-degree oven, middle rack, top and bottom heat, for about 8-10 minutes

Golden brown on the surface, remove from the oven
