Detailed Cooking Steps for First Brave Attempt@@Cheese and Ham Assorted Pizza
Pizza Dough: Instant Yeast 5g, Warm Water 100ml, High-gluten Flour 175g, Salt 1g, Sugar 10g, Butter 10g.
Mix instant yeast with warm water in a cup. Put high-gluten flour in a mixing bowl, add yeast water and salt.
Knead into a dough with sugar added.
Finally, mix in the butter.
Knead until smooth, then place the dough in a bowl.
Cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise to double in size.
Knead the dough again after 45 minutes, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 15 minutes.
Prepare a pizza pan. (I don’t have a pizza pan, so I used a regular baking pan greased with butter.)
Place the dough in the baking pan.
Roll the dough into a round crust and slightly press the edges with your fingers, then poke small holes in the middle with a fork. (I made it look ugly and unconventional. I couldn’t get it right, don’t laugh at me or scold me!)
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Prepare the filling ingredients: Sausage, Ham, Tomato, Crab Sticks, Onion, Mascarpone Cheese, Green and Red Peppers, Assorted Beans, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce, Cheese, etc.
Cut all ingredients into pieces. Set aside.
Brush a layer of tomato sauce, chili sauce, and black pepper sauce on the baked crust.
Place the desired amount of ingredients on top. Sprinkle some mascarpone cheese and shredded cheese.
Repeat the above steps once.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven when done.
Sprinkle some more mascarpone cheese and shredded cheese on top.
Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts slightly.
