Peel and chop the garlic, it should be minced garlic, not garlic paste or slices.
Chop the onion into small pieces, half a regular-sized onion is enough.
Place the tomatoes near the fire to burn the skin, then rinse them clean under running water.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Blend the tomatoes in a food processor, add rosemary, chopped basil, chopped parsley, and ground black pepper, mix well.
