Detailed Steps for Cooking Fish and Lamb Delight
Boil pre-cut lamb pieces in a pot
Remove lamb when it changes color and drain excess water
Saute ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, and Sichuan peppercorns in hot oil
Add lamb and stir-fry for a while
Transfer to a clay pot, add water and bring to a boil, then add cooking wine, red dates, radish chunks, and simmer on low heat for over 30 minutes until the lamb is half tender
Heat a pan, add oil, saute ginger slices, then fry the fish until golden brown, adding a bit of cooking wine
Add some water and bring to a boil, not too much water
Add pieces of old tofu
Add cherry tomatoes and bring to a boil
