Prepare all ingredients
Slice the sea bass
Heat oil in a cold pan, add spring onions, ginger, and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant
Add fish bones and half of the bird’s eye chili to the pan, stir-fry over low heat
Once the fish bones are browned, add diced tomatoes
Pour in broth, just enough to cover the ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat
Add coconut milk

Add lamb slices
