Cooking Steps for Fish Burger
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
Rinse the Basa fish, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and marinate for a while.
Crack the egg into a bowl, and place breadcrumbs on a plate.
Dip the marinated fish in the egg mixture to coat, then coat with breadcrumbs and press gently.
Place in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
Don’t waste the remaining egg mixture, fry it in a pan.
If the burger bun is refrigerated, heat it in the oven before assembling. Spread sweet chili sauce on the bottom bun.
Place the fried fish on top, squeeze some salad dressing (forgot to take a photo).
Add the fried egg, and drizzle with your favorite sauce.
Top with the other half of the burger bun and serve.
