Detailed Steps for Cooking Fish-flavored Crispy Tofu
Cut the tofu into thick slices and dig a square hole on top.
Mix the minced meat with squid balls, chopped scallions, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, egg, and squid balls.
Stuff the tofu with the minced meat mixture and brush a layer of egg on top.
Fry the tofu until one side of the minced meat is cooked to prevent it from falling off.
