Steps for Cooking Fish Porridge
Cook the white rice porridge first, and make sure it is sticky and glutinous.
Use an egg beater to repeatedly stir and crush the rice grains.
Chop the ginger and shred the carrots, then add them to the pot.
Cut the sea bass fillets into small pieces with a thickness of about 4-5mm.
Marinate the fish with an appropriate amount of pepper, salt, and a little white vinegar for 5 minutes. Adding a little white vinegar can better remove the fishy smell and make the fish meat more tender and fresh.
Add a little salt and pepper to the porridge.
Add the marinated fish pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add a few pieces of green vegetables. I added some Tianqi sprouts, but any green vegetables will do. Add according to your own preference.
