Ingredients:
Cake: 1 (6-inch); Whipping Cream: 400g; Powdered Sugar: 40g; Red Dragon Fruit: appropriate amount.
Additional Ingredients:
Favna Cocoa Powder: appropriate amount; Red Food Coloring: appropriate amount; Green Food Coloring: appropriate amount; White Sugar Beads: appropriate amount.
Taste: Sweet; Technique: Skillful; Time: Half an hour; Difficulty: Ordinary.
Steps to Make Flower Basket Cake
Bake a 6-inch cake in advance (the recipe for this is in the previous cookbook) and divide it into three slices using a cake slicer.
Place one cake slice on a base.
Spread a layer of whipped cream on top.
Place pieces of red dragon fruit on top.
Spread another layer of cream on top of the fruit and place another cake slice on top (repeat the process of spreading cream and placing fruit, and then place the final cake slice on top).
Spread a thin layer of cream on the top and sides of the cake (it’s okay if it’s not smooth). Whip the whipped cream with cocoa powder until it reaches the consistency for piping, and then pipe it into the shape of a basket (I forgot to take pictures of this process).
Add a small amount of food coloring to the whipped cream and whip it until it reaches the consistency for piping. Then, pipe out cookie flowers using a piping tip.
Add a few leaves to the flowers.
Add white sugar beads as decoration.
