Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder, high-gluten flour, yeast, etc. into the bread bucket in order, turn on the bread machine, select the kneading function, start the bread machine, and when the kneading program ends, add softened butter at room temperature, then select the kneading function again, continue kneading the dough, and let it ferment at room temperature for about 45 minutes after the second kneading by the bread machine.
Place the fermented dough on a cutting board, knead and deflate it, then divide it into 10 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the red bean paste into 10 equal parts, and wrap the red bean paste into the dough.
Wrap the dough with red bean paste, place it with the sealed side down, and then roll it into an oval shape.
Roll it from one end to the other into a long strip, then use a knife to make random horizontal or diagonal cuts, place on a baking sheet for the second fermentation.
Repeat the same process for the remaining dough, brush with beaten egg after the second fermentation, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle-upper rack for about 18 minutes.
