Step-by-Step Guide for Foil-Wrapped Baked Chicken Wings
Slice the ginger, finely chop the garlic and onion.
Mix honey, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce together, add salt, cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, and black pepper.
Add ginger, garlic, and onion to the seasoning mixture.
After washing the chicken wings, make some small holes with a fork.
Massage the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture.
Place all the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture, marinate for a few hours. It’s best to marinate in the refrigerator for a longer time, but I only marinated for half a day.
Place the marinated chicken wings on a piece of foil.
