Steps for making French Custard
First, scrape the vanilla seeds from the vanilla bean and heat them with the fresh milk in a pot. Remove the vanilla bean.
Sift and mix granulated sugar, cake flour, and cornstarch in a container. Add egg yolks and mix well.
Add the mixture from step 2 to the pot from step 1 and cook until it boils and bubbles. Finally, add the softened butter and mix well.
