Detailed Steps for Cooking Fresh Apple Cookies
Peel the apple and cut it into corn-sized pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix well. Set aside;
Put 55g of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large bowl and beat until fluffy. Add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and beat until fluffy again;
Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and mix well;
Add the apple pieces and mix well;
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray the pan with oil and brush evenly;
Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet. Leave space between each cookie as the batter will expand when heated. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 22-25 minutes, or until golden brown. After baking, remove the baking sheet and gently tap it with a spatula to release the cookies. They won’t stick to the bottom and can be eaten when slightly cooled.
