Detailed Steps for Cooking Fresh Milk Sweet Bread
Prepare high-gluten flour, corn oil, fresh milk, egg, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Pour all the ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough.
When the dough has doubled in size, take it out.
Choose a square baking pan, brush it with corn oil, divide the dough into 9 small balls, and place them in the baking pan for a second fermentation.
The second fermentation time will be much faster than the first, usually taking 30-40 minutes in a warm environment.
Brush the surface of the bread with a layer of egg liquid, preheat the oven.
Place it on the middle rack of the oven. In my home oven, I choose upper and lower heat, 200 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
