5 small chicken tenderloins.

6 bamboo skewers.

Steps for Cooking Fried Chicken Skewers at Home
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the chicken tenderloins and cut them into thin slices.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, chili sauce, starch, and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and 5g of barbecue marinade to the chicken slices. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Line the air fryer basket with special oil paper and spray a layer of cooking oil. Thread the marinated chicken slices onto the bamboo skewers.
Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer.
Fry at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Flip the skewers halfway through the cooking time.
