Detailed Steps for Cooking Fried Chicken Tenders
Prepare two pieces of chicken tenders
Cut the chicken tenders into finger-sized strips
Season the chicken strips with salt, ground Sichuan peppercorn, BBQ seasoning (cumin, MSG, red pepper flakes), black pepper, red pepper flakes, light soy sauce
Add a little water and marinate for twenty minutes
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan (I used less oil, add more if cooking for a larger group)
Coat the marinated chicken strips with a layer of starch
Then dip in beaten egg (beat the egg beforehand and add a little salt and cumin powder)
Finally, coat with breadcrumbs (method for making breadcrumbs from toast can be found in another recipe of mine, if you’re too lazy to look it up, here’s the link http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-301451.html)
When the oil is hot, fry the coated chicken strips
Fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes (if using less oil, remember to flip the strips) (I forgot to take a photo of this step, the photo is of fried chicken tenders without breadcrumbs)
They’re done frying
