Detailed Steps for Cooking Fried Fish Fillet
As shown in the picture, cut the dragon fish into strips.
Add salt, spicy seasoning, white pepper powder, and beat in the egg. Mix well.
Add starch, set aside.
Prepare two dry plates, pour bread crumbs into one of the plates.
Evenly place the fish fillets on the bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the fish fillets, press with hands to evenly coat the fish fillets with bread crumbs.
Transfer to another plate and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 50% heat. Add the fish fillets, gently break them apart with chopsticks.
Fry until golden brown, then remove and plate.
