Steps to Cook Fried Rice Cake
Add sugar to glutinous rice.
Pour in the yeast water and stir while pouring.
Knead into dough.
The dough is fermented to twice its size and has a honeycomb-like texture inside.
Grease your hands, take a piece of glutinous rice dough and wrap it around the bean paste. (The bean paste is made by myself, see the previous recipe for the method)
Wrap it into a ball and set aside.
Press it into a cake.
When the oil temperature is about 70% hot, put in the cake.
Fry until set, turn over, fry until both sides are golden brown and the surface is blistered.
Remove and drain the oil.
The outside is crispy and the inside is glutinous, and the bean paste is sweet and fragrant.
