Detailed Steps for Cooking Fried Rice
Wash and dice the onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, sausage, cilantro, and spring onion. Beat two eggs in a bowl and set aside!
Heat oil in a pan until it’s 40% hot, then add the onion and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.
Next, add the sausage, green and red bell peppers, and carrot, stir-fry briefly, then add the rice.
Stir-fry until the rice is evenly soft, then add salt and light soy sauce. Pour the beaten eggs into the rice and stir-fry.
Finally, add cilantro and spring onion, stir-fry, then add chicken bouillon and ground pepper before serving.
