Ingredients: Small Fish.
After cleaning the small fish by removing the head, gills, and internal organs, marinate them with Qubi Salad Dressing (Japanese flavor) and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, yeast, and baking soda, add water, and stir until smooth.
The batter should flow in a straight line when lifted and then set aside for a few minutes.
Coat the marinated small fish evenly with the batter.
Heat cooking oil in a pan to 50% hot, then fry the small fish until set and remove.
When the oil temperature rises, fry the fish again, remove and serve on a plate.
Crispy fried small fish is ready to be served.
