Detailed Steps for Cooking Fried Tofu (Air Fryer Version)
Drain the water from the fresh tofu and use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.
Use a small knife to divide the tofu into 9 small pieces.
Brush a thin layer of cooking oil on all 6 sides of each small tofu piece.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Place the small tofu pieces in the frying basket, leaving some space for them to expand during frying. Fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
After 8 minutes of frying, flip the tofu pieces and continue frying until the set time is up.
Take out the fried tofu and let it cool.
