Steps to Make Frozen Cake
Separate egg whites and yolks, place them in clean, oil-free and water-free bowls. Add sugar to the yolks, I reduced the sugar here, only added 10g, beat well, then pour in milk and mix well.
Add corn oil and stir until fully combined.
Sift buckwheat cake flour into the yolk mixture.
Mix well, do not stir in circles, fold in a zigzag motion.
Add granulated sugar to the egg whites, I also reduced the sugar here, used 30g, beat until stiff peaks form, with small pointed peaks.
Take 1/3 of the egg whites and fold into the yolk mixture, gently mix, then pour back into the egg white mixture, fold until well combined.
Pour the cake batter into a Barbie mold, remove large air bubbles.
Preheat the oven, top and bottom heat, lowest rack, 155 degrees, bake for about 1 hour.
Remove from the oven, invert and cool before removing from the mold.
Divide the baked cake into three layers.
Wash the strawberries, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cut into small pieces.
Take 200g of whipping cream, add 20g of sugar, beat until it reaches a non-flowing state, do not overbeat, or the frosting will be rough.
Spread a layer of cake with a suitable amount of whipped cream, place some strawberries, then spread another layer of whipped cream, continue with the second cake layer, repeat until all cake layers are stacked together.
Wrap the lower half of the Frozen doll in aluminum foil for later use.
Insert the doll into the cake, then smooth the cake with whipped cream.
Take another 100g of whipped cream, add 10g of sugar, add some green food coloring and beat until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag with a 5-toothed nozzle, pipe two circles near the doll’s waist, then take 200g of whipped cream, add 20g of sugar, add some blue food coloring, beat until stiff peaks form, pipe the doll’s skirt, then add some green food coloring to the remaining whipped cream, transfer to a piping bag, cut a small hole at the front, pipe small dots on the doll’s neck for a necklace, pipe the rest on the doll, sprinkle some sugar pearls for decoration, and it’s done.
