Steps to Make Frozen Cheesecake
Prepare the ingredients.
Crush the breakfast biscuits in a food processor.
Melt the butter using a double boiler.
Mix the melted butter with the biscuit crumbs.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a mold and refrigerate.
Whip the whipping cream until semi-solid and refrigerate.
Melt 10g of whipping cream with 20g of gelatin powder using a double boiler and set aside.
Heat the cream cheese using a double boiler and mix until smooth.
Combine the whipped cream, gelatin cream, and sugar with the cream cheese.
Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate until set.
Mango-flavored fruit jelly mixed with water and gelatin, pour over the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the mold and serve chilled.
