Steps to make Fruit and Nut Pound Cake
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.
Add granulated sugar to the softened butter.
Start beating thoroughly.
Add the beaten egg liquid in portions.
Add the egg liquid in small portions until it is completely integrated with the butter. Don’t add too much at once.
Finally, sift in the flour (cake flour + baking powder).
Add the dried fruit and mix well.
Pour the mixed batter into the mold.
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes using both upper and lower heat.
