Wash the orange peel, remove the white pith
Cut into thin strips, boil with water and 30g sugar for about ten minutes
Soften 100g butter at room temperature
Add 60g sugar and start beating
Beat two eggs
Chop the dried fruits into small pieces
Beat the butter until slightly pale
Add the beaten eggs gradually, stirring well each time
Mix 60g flour (whole wheat flour in my case) with 40g oat bran
Add to the beaten butter, mix with a spatula
Chop the boiled orange peel
Add to the dough mixture
Add the chopped dried fruits, mix well
Transfer to a heat-resistant baking dish or mold
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes~
