Prepare an 8-inch chiffon cake base
Divide into three layers evenly
Use some sliced strawberries to line the edges, some diced strawberries evenly on the surface, and some randomly cut for the layers. Mango diced for the surface.
Peel and dice the orange for the layers. A few kiwi dices.
Whip 500g of whipped cream with 50g of sugar.
Whipped cream ready
Place a cake layer on the bottom, add a generous amount of whipped cream, spread evenly. Layer with fruit dices.
Repeat with cake layer, whipped cream, and fruit for three layers.
Finish with a straight edge. Line the bottom with strawberry slices.
Use a Wilton 1M piping tip to pipe a border.
