Steps to make Fruit Muffins
Soften the butter and add granulated sugar and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat until fluffy and light in color.
Beat the eggs and add them to the butter mixture in 4-5 batches. Mix well.
Add sifted all-purpose flour and mix until no dry flour remains.
Pour whole milk into the dry ingredients mixture and fold gently from the bottom to the top with a rubber spatula until well combined.
Add chopped dates, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, raisins, and dried cranberries. Mix well. (Leave a small amount of dried cranberries and sliced almonds for decoration on the surface of the muffins.)
Sprinkle a small amount of dried cranberries and sliced almonds on the surface of the muffin batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
