Steps for Making Fruit Puff Pastry Rings
Soften the butter at room temperature and pour it into a small milk pot with milk, salt, and granulated sugar.
Place the small milk pot on the stove and heat it until it boils.
When the water boils and bubbles, turn to low heat and pour in the low-gluten flour, quickly stirring it into a dough.
Mix well to form a dough.
When the batter cools to a temperature that won’t burn your hands, add the egg liquid in small amounts, waiting for each addition to be absorbed before adding the next. Lift the batter, forming a downward triangle.
Put the batter into a piping bag with a chrysanthemum nozzle and set aside. Squeeze it into the donut mold, like a cookie dough.
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius for upper and lower heat. Place the mold on the middle rack and bake for 10-15 minutes until the puff pastry is inflated and set. Then switch to upper and lower heat at 180 degrees Celsius and continue baking for 20-30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
After baking, remove the mold and transfer it to a cooling rack to cool.
Add whipping cream and granulated sugar to a bowl and whip it until it’s ready. Then put it into a piping bag and set it aside.
Use a small knife to make a cut around the outer edge of the puff pastry, fill it with whipped cream, and add fruit cubes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce on the surface of the puff pastry rings. It will look even better!
